Please note, Autify Digital and our plugin cannot help with applying for and setting up your account, or advise on costs related to providing the finance solution. Please contact Omni Capital directly for any related queries.

Once your Omni Capital Retail Finance account has been set up, you will be able to start offering finance options using our plugin! Take advantage of configurable settings, such as setting minimum and maximum loan amounts, applying sitewide deposit percentages, or choose specific categories, SKUs or attributes to offer or disable finance options. When customers choose to pay via the Omni Capital Retail Finance method on your website, they will be directed to the Omni Capital application, where they will input their data and a credit check will be performed.

Please note, this data is not stored within the Autify Digital plugin. The only information that will be passed back via the plugin is the application status and the customer’s address.

Retailers are also responsible for obtaining relevant FCA permissions when setting up their account with Omni Capital Retail Finance.

This plugin also uses cookies, so compliance should be checked with your cookie policy. Cookies can help disable the finance option for customers who have had a failed or cancelled application. This can be enabled or disabled in the admin settings once the plugin has been installed.

With real-time syncing and order status updates in the WooCommerce admin panel, you can monitor the performance of the finance integration directly on your website. There is a dashboard in the admin panel where you can see all applications and their latest updates. You can also see this information in the order view page of your admin panel.

Our plugin also tracks data that can be reported on in GTM and GA4, so you can easily get a full view of important metrics, such as conversion rates.
